Towards the end of the season, the team has started to relax and save their energy for next season, but ryant has recently urged his riders to improve their performances, or face the wrath of the team management.
At first glance, this seems to be a bit harsh considering the teams 672 pts haul this season, a record, but if you look closer, only 118 pts have come in the last 20 days.
With this, Sri Lankan superstar, Nalinda Mallawathanthre has been brought into the squad, and has certainly made himself at home by getting a 4th place in his first race as captain. This means that the team need about another 150 pts to qualify for Norway again, with other tours also put on the shortlist of goals for next season.
Nalinda will hopefully be given a spot at a tour next season, probably between Perm or RoTM while Karsten will be given the top spot for Norway.
But where will that leave Lobont?
Lobont will probably be given a free reign of the one day races the OCM Tour have to offer after he stepped up from being signed as a team mate to becoming the team's top points scorer in less than a season, which proves he is certainly capable of leading the team.
In other news, a rider has caused quite a stir amongst the leading figures of the team. His name is Elroy Heidel and he is certainly a name to look for in the future. He is billed as a top climber and although he would fit in well at the team, his future is uncertain. Options are either to train him as a Britcycles rider or cash in and sell him on to another team who can really devote all their time to him, as we can't with Stanton still going strong.
Here he is for you to see:

Interesting Oliver. That sounds like a very low max. We will soon be able to see if something odd is happening.
Grant,
Did you know your 130k rider sold today for 105k with an RV of 73k? Presumably he's maxed with CL 84 DH 29 HL 34. Good you sold him!
(If he's not maxed then the two private deals between Winsalot and Coasters probably need looking at.....)
Please let him be a red average, please!
I got 130k for a rider not quite as good as Heidel but 2 years younger.
